Acting emergency director Rasmus Havmöller addressed the situation in a statement. 'These quality deficiencies are so substantial that the contract hasn't been fulfilled,' Havmöller said. 'This is serious because it involves security matters.' The security lapses occurred during summer months at multiple hospital departments.
