Police in Drammen arrested three men after shots were fired in Dronninggata on Wednesday evening, Aftenposten and VG reported. The three are men aged 19 to 23 and all live in Drammen, police said.
They have been charged in the case and are all linked to the incident.
The first report came at 19:00. Operational leader Tom Richard Skuggedal of Sørøst politidistrikt wrote in the police log that a quarrel had been observed between several people beforehand. After shots were fired, several people ran from the area, he said.
Police were at the scene and in contact with the person who reported it. There was no information that anyone was injured.
Skuggedal later said the people involved appeared to know each other and that it was a conflict between two groups. "It is assessed that there is no danger to other people," he wrote.
In a later update, Skuggedal said, "As it appears now, we have control over all involved."
