Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens reported slightly lower attendance and revenue after the third quarter. The amusement park had 5% fewer operating days this year compared to last year's same period. This led to a small decline in key performance indicators. Revenue reached 886.5 million Danish kroner, just 1% below last year's third quarter. Despite this minor dip, Tivoli upgraded its full-year financial forecast. The park now expects annual revenue of 1.325 billion kroner, up from previous projections of 1.3 billion. Pre-tax profit is forecast at 145 million kroner, improved from earlier estimates of 130 million. Tivoli's CEO Susanne MĂžrch Koch credited the improved outlook to strong seasonal performance. 'We saw a good start to our extended Halloween season and a successful summer season,' Koch said in a statement. 'Late summer saw particular growth, helped by consistently good weather.' International visitors drove much of this success. Over 35% of summer guests came from abroad, with notable increases in American and Swedish tourists. Through September 30, Tivoli recorded 2.689 million visitors, slightly down from 2.737 million during the same period last year. The park currently runs its Halloween season, extended by one week this year, running through early November. The Christmas season will follow from November 14 through January 4. The numbers show Tivoli's resilience despite fewer operating days, with revenue per open day actually increasing. This demonstrates the park's ability to maintain performance even with scheduling challenges.
