Aalborg Airport Closes Airspace Over Drone Activity
Aalborg Airport's airspace closed again over drone fears. Police found nothing after a search. Two flights were diverted during the brief shutdown.

Aalborg Airport closed its airspace for the second consecutive night due to suspected drone activity. Authorities shut down the airspace at 11:40 PM on Thursday. Police reopened it less than an hour later at 12:35 AM.
Christian Tilsted, the duty officer at North Jutland Police, said in a statement that they thoroughly searched the area but found nothing. Two incoming flights had to be rerouted during the closure.
Aalborg Airport serves northern Denmark and handles both domestic and international flights. This incident shows the ongoing challenge drones pose to aviation security. Authorities appear cautious but have not yet identified any actual threats.
