South and Southern Jutland Police warned of elevated water levels on Denmark's west coast after DMI forecast hard southwest winds. The police said Tarphagebroen may close overnight and Fanø ferry departures may be cancelled late in the evening.
Police expect the wind to bring fallen trees across roads. They advised people travelling to work on Monday morning to check conditions in the morning if they use the Tarphagebroen route.
Travellers on the Fanø ferry were told to check fanoelinjen.dk for updates.
