Missing Man Found Dead in Stockholm Suburb
A missing man in his 60s has been found dead in Nacka, Stockholm. Police have opened a murder investigation despite no evidence of foul play. Officers are conducting door-to-door inquiries in the area.

Police discovered a man in his 60s dead in Nacka, a suburb east of Stockholm. The man had been reported missing by his family several days earlier.
Mats Eriksson, a police spokesperson, confirmed the discovery. "He was reported missing a few days back and was found in Ektorp in Nacka," Eriksson said in a statement.
Authorities opened a murder investigation despite no current evidence of foul play. "For various reasons we initiated a murder investigation," Eriksson explained. "Nothing indicates he was killed but we cannot rule it out with certainty."
On Sunday evening, police conducted door-to-door inquiries in the area. They asked residents if they witnessed anything that could assist the investigation.
Nacka represents the type of affluent Stockholm suburb where violent crimes typically draw intense police response. The immediate launch of a murder probe suggests authorities have unstated concerns about the circumstances, even while publicly acknowledging no clear evidence of violence exists.
