A planned explosion in an industrial area in Taberg, south of Jönköping, went wrong on 26 October, police said.
Stones hit a nearby property and caused damage to the facade and water leaks. No one is reported to have been injured.
At 16:15, police filed a report of causing danger to another person. No one has been informed of a suspicion of a crime.
The cause of the accident will be investigated further, including how current safety routines were followed, according to Polisen.
